14-day no-quibble returns policy!

As part of our ‘No Hidden Costs’ and ‘Straight Up Approach’, you may return any product* purchased from us within 14 days (10 working days) for whatever reason, and receive a full refund.

All we ask is that you return the product in an unused condition, in its original, undamaged packaging and with a receipt. You will be liable to pay for shipping charges to return the item to us (our standard returns shipping cost is just £40), unless the product was faulty when you received it.

* Our Cancellation & Returns policy is available on all products that are not customised or built to order. Note that all Spectral and Futureglass products and most Custom Design products are built to order – in these cases we may, at our discretion, offer a part-exchange or refund. Shipping costs for returning customised and built-to-order items will be higher and will be discussed at the time.

Price matching:
 
We will match prices that conform to the following criteria:
 
• The offer must be advertised on a UK-based website, and must be from a UK registered company.
• The item must be brand new boxed, currently available to everyone and not a special or daily offer.
• The company must have a UK phone number on the site so we can verify the price.
• The product must be available and in stock.
• The price for matching purposes must include postage and packing and any credit card surcharges.
• Price-matching is only available before purchase.
• We do not price match with auction sites.
